 Hop Dock Wheat Beer</p>

Hop Dock Wheat Beer

4.7% alc IBUs 10

Tasting Notes:

Tasting Note

A smooth sailor (or sailor lover), she’s mild and satisfying with an aroma of toffee and bananas.

Our well-travelled wheat beer originated from Weihenstephan home of the world-renowned brewing-university, yeastbank and technical institute. This yeast is one of the most proliferated ones amongst the 600 odd breweries in Bavaria.

The Bavarian hops linger in the back, only to slightly complement those big flavours, but maintaining enough essence that keeps our hop dock sailor out of mischief.

With 50% Wheat malt, this smooth beer is the reason behind Hop Dock's puppy dog eyes.

Feisty, but extremely sessionable.Distinctly non-Bavarian, and intentionally so! This sassy Pale Ale is bursting with a golden colour and provides a solid malt backbone to balance out the firm bitterness derived derived from hops out of the Yakima valley in Washington state, US.We are bringing you a bold, yet very approachable Pale Ale which has been brewed to be enjoyed in the Aussie climate without trying to drift into the lighter Australian Pale Ale style.

An absolute showstopper, this lady will make you want to run away and join the circus. This bitter babe is unfiltered and unpasteurized, with sweet, malty grains and a crisp, firm finish.

Stemming from traditional Bavarian Pale Lagers (Helles), this beer has a natural cloudiness from yeast and protein which is the reason why Munich Lager is the way she is! The subtle bitterness creates a very refreshing beer perfectly for those interested to unleash their inner wilderness.

This Keller bier was designed as a homage to this old practice and combines Australian pale malt with Bavarian sourced malt called Carahell to deliver a straw-golden, smooth lager with substance.
